The Perkins
Hi there, we are Terence and Rhiana Perkins, and we are grateful that you are here. We are a small family, with no children yet and we love a good adventure. We are glad you're here reading a bit of ours. “Don't adventures ever have an end? I suppose not. Someone else always has to carry on the story.” – J.R.R. Tolkien. We hope that through our website you can see our story, and how a little one would fit into it. We would love an open adoption, for the child to grow with love surrounding them.
My husband Terence
This is Terence- he's, my rock. He's going to make the best dad. He has more patience than anyone else I have ever met. He is a problem solver, someone you can be authentic around. He is judgment-free and loves with his whole heart. He is faithful and compassionate. He is incredibly smart and great at being up for anything. He is spontaneous and celebrates the little things of life. He always encourages me to try new things. He's going to be a great father, coach, and example to any child.
This is Rhiana- she's the heart and life of our marriage. She will be an amazing mom. She dreams big and is very creative with her ideas (check out that blue veil below!), hobbies, and projects. She is known for sending hilarious GIFs and memes. She is also fun to catch speaking lyrically (lines from songs) and making up jingles -think of Jess from New Girl. She likes to host parties and create fun memories for everyone else. She always has a way of making people laugh. She tends to give everything of herself, even if the same courtesy is not returned. She encourages me to be my best self and uplifts me whenever I feel down. She will be a great role model as a mother and with her big heart, the best nurturer.

Why Adoption?
Having our own family has always been a dream of ours, but due to health issues and infertility, adoption is the only path for this dream to come true. Children are part of our big hearts that are missing in our life adventure. We look forward to giving all of our love, encouragement, wisdom, and fun to the child that any birth parent places with us.
A few of our favorite things:
We love traveling, learning new things, and making our own adventures. We like to learn about history and travel to historical places. Our happy places include the beach and home in our backyard.
We like spending our time together to make moments and memories. We love having music playing or reading good books. We could spend all day at the pool. We like to play games and watch movies with friends and family. We value and love our family time. We aren't afraid to be silly and enjoy laughter in our home.

Close to Home Adventures
We love taking big and small adventures. We live in Southern Utah and are often captivated by the beauty that surrounds us. We love driving through Snow Canyon, visiting Grafton, walking through cactus gardens, and attending plays throughout the area. We recently bought bikes and love getting outside to enjoy them.
